The Saving of Moseley Road Baths or The Importance of Wilful Individuals

8 & 9 March, The Old Print Works

A celebration of the saving of Moseley Road Baths, an accessible and entertaining theatre production. As the Baths began its redevelopment programme to repair, restore and transform, Women & Theatre told the story of how these beloved Edwardian swimming baths were saved.

Performed by a community cast, this fun, imaginative and engaging celebratory piece of theatre explored how a group of wilful individuals united and rescued this civic space.

Moseley Road Baths is Grade II* listed Edwardian swimming pool in Balsall Heath which has been open for swimming (and other things) since 1907.
