We are seeking TWO ambitious and experienced individuals to lead our company. 

Women & Theatre produces exciting, innovative, and compassionate theatre, and delivers participatory projects about contemporary issues, reflecting the language and lives of ordinary people. 

In its 40th anniversary year there will be a change in leadership as Women & Theatre seeks to appoint two talented individuals as its new Artistic Director and Executive Director, equipped to deliver, develop and innovate the company’s vision and plans, building upon its strong foundation and extensive experience of delivering impactful work.
