Tickets are now on sale for our upcoming community production A Thousand Threads.

Celebrating women’s cricket being part of the Commonwealth Games for the first time!

Bringing together community performers across Birmingham & Sandwell, A Thousand Threads features vibrantly choreographed live performance, set to a unique soundscape of words and music.

Developed from local research, the piece explores broad themes about women and girls’ lives and aspirations, both on and off the pitch.

Part of this performance will be listened through headphones. BSL and captioned video will be available for D/deaf and hard of hearing audiences.

Women & Theatre is committed to making our work as accessible as possible and do not want ticket prices to be a barrier. Therefore ticketing for this production are Pay What You Can (PWYC) a non-profit ticket model which does not depend on set prices for performances, but instead asks audiences to pay what they can with 3 prize brackets available including a free option. Tickets for 15 – 17 July are £5 plus booking fee.
