Phyllis back on tour
This week our show about the care of older people Phyllis is touring to health professional across South Warwickshire, the project was originally commissioned by Birmingham & Solihull Sustainable & Transformational Partnership in 2017, and has already engaged over a 1000 people.
As the population lives longer the care of our elders becomes a pressing issue for us all. Health and social services and the wider community all share responsibility for stepping up to the challenge of providing sustainable, dignified care – including promoting emotional and mental wellbeing – in the last part of citizens lives, Phyllis explores these issues and asks the vital question “How can we make the system work better for everyone?”
