From October 2018 we worked in partnership with The Factory Young People’s Centre in Longbridge to create a new youth theatre programme. We recruited a young leaders group of NEET Young People aged 16-25 who were actively involved in the design, planning and delivery of a youth theatre programme for younger people aged 11 upwards. The Young Leaders group, supported by W&T, attended eleven workshop sessions through which they were actively involved in the planning, marketing and facilitating of the youth theatre programme which took place in February half term, culminating in a performance for friends, family and local people.

On Tuesday 12 February 2019 as part of their Arts Award we took our young leaders to Birmingham Repertory Theatre to see Lewis Doherty one man show WOLF.
