Women, girls & Cricket

Posted on Nov 8, 2021

Inspired by Women’s cricket featuring in the Commonwealth Games for the first time in Birmingham 2022, Women & Theatre is developing a new theatre production about women, girls & cricket which will be presented at different outdoor locations in the West Midlands in 2022.

We want to work with women & girls to develop & present productions in:

·       Edgbaston/ Ladywood

·       Ward End

·       Smethwick

Join us for one (or more) of our creative project sessions to find out more & help us develop our script.

They will be fun & friendly sessions, using drama to explore stories, memories & associations with cricket.

You don’t need to be a cricket fan to get involved and no previous theatre experience necessary. All welcome!
